This means you must remind yourself, rehearse the language, and repeat the mind flow, in order to relive the experience on a daily basis. See yourself shift from a mindset to a mind flow of expectation. The 'Key' is, expect the expected AND expect the unexpected at the same time (even when you don't know what the unexpected is). This way, you always get what you expect, and ultimately, you get to live more at ease because of it."
