Choose YOU For Your Team

Kim expresses the importance for us to show up for, believe in, trust in... ourselves to where we become actively positioned to choose ourselves for our own team. The team of ourselves where it's required for us to be accountable to ourselves, is one of Kim's optimized points. She continues to drive her points for us to see ourselves as capable, enough, more than enough, able-bodied, eager, having maximized possibilities, equipped, etc. Kim uses her own illustration of us picturing ourselves as being centered within a circle of people and having to pick team-members from the circle. She points out that there is hesitation with choosing the team-mates because the team-mates are actually duplicates and multiples of us, yet we're choosing not to choose ourselves due to our own learned behavior. Kim makes us aware that there are times where our default setting is on not choosing ourselves. However, with all that's been identified, Kim also encourages us to make the necessary transition by practicing to choose ourselves as if we're building a muscle, which will result in us being better for us and others of whom we coexist.  Kim has made us aware in a previous episode that she is rebranding (behind the scenes), and she has chosen to utilize her DIY skills. She unapologetically tells us that she has chosen not to hire a professional branding entity because she's believing in herself to allow for her DIY skills to eventually evolve into something great. Kim also adds that, if she finds it necessary to hire a professional for her branding, she will do that if/when the time comes. Kim admits that she's believing in herself to make this happen.
